Anouska is a trauma-informed, integrative therapist working with adults who want more than surface-level coping strategies.
My approach combines hypnotherapy, psychodynamic understanding, inner child theory, parts work, neuroscience-informed practice and Level 4 counselling skills training. While I am not a registered counsellor, my therapeutic foundation is grounded in formal counselling training and extensive continued professional development, particularly in trauma and attachment work.
I specialise in helping clients understand not just what they struggle with, but why — tracing present-day anxiety, relationship patterns, emotional triggers and self-criticism back to their roots. Much of my work focuses on unresolved childhood dynamics, attachment wounds and the unconscious narratives that quietly shape adult life.
Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective and depth-oriented. I integrate cognitive understanding with nervous system regulation, subconscious work and emotional processing. This means we work with both the story and the body — because lasting change requires both.
Before training as a therapist, I spent over 16 years working in branding and communications across corporate and public audiences. That background shaped my ability to read dynamics quickly, think strategically, and hold complex conversations with clarity and precision. It also means I understand the pressures of high-functioning professionals who appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed or unseen internally.
My work is not about quick fixes. It is about integration — helping you move from survival patterns into steadier, more authentic ways of being.
If you are ready to understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change, I would be honoured to work with you.
