Smoking Ceassation –

These sessions represent great value, as even if you are only smoking ten a day you will save the cost of the sessions in less than one month when you stop! (NHS Smokefree: Office for National Statistics 2011). Hypnotherapy is often a last resort for a smoker and like any other method, requires some effort and willpower, with success depending on the person’s desire to become a non-smoker. 

That said, The ‘New Scientist’ says:
“Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking according to the largest ever scientific comparison of ways of breaking the habit.”

I send out a questionnaire to get a detailed smoking history from you and then work with you as an individual to find out what motivates you to stop and also crucially what keeps you smoking.  I can then personalise your hypnosis treatment, which makes it much more effective.  I also include an mp3 recording for your ongoing use.
